How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to hello@getgrounded.health with your order number and a photo of your sheet.

2. Let us know you would like a refund. That is all you need to say.

3. Your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

4. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

You do not need to ship the product back. You do not need to explain why. We trust you.
