Shipping Policy

At GetGrounded we want every customer to have a smooth experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Please take a moment to review our shipping terms below so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after being placed. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 6 to 14 business days for delivery. Most orders arrive within 8 business days, but delivery times can vary depending on your location and carrier volume. All shipping times are estimates and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking your order

When your items are dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. To track your package, visit our order tracking page. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to update. If you haven't received a tracking number or it isn't working, contact us at hello@getgrounded.health and we'll sort it out right away.

Unexpected delays

In some instances, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most delays are caused by carrier volume or processing issues that are out of our control. If your package is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we'll ship any available items immediately and ship the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they're available. If you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only part of your shipment, don't worry — the rest is on its way.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so there's only a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at hello@getgrounded.health if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Returns

By placing an order with GetGrounded, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We offer a 90-night risk-free trial — if you don't feel a measurable difference in your sleep, pain, or energy within 90 nights, simply return your sheet for a full refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details on how to make a return.

Lost or stolen packages

GetGrounded is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the shipping carrier with the tracking information provided in your email.
